陈铁桥,高聘教授(副教授)。2004年,考入湖南大学化学化工学院化学专业,2005年因成绩优异转入化学本硕连读班,2009年转为硕博连读生,2010年4月赴日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST)学习工作三年,2013年博士毕业,2014年1月以助理研究员身份留校工作,2017年1月晋升副教授。2017年10月以C类高层次人才调入海南大学,高聘教授(副教授)。硕士生导师是郭灿城教授,博士生导师是郭灿城教授和韩立彪教授。硕士论文期间(9/2008-3/2009),测量了多种仿生催化剂(卟吩和金属卟啉)在DMF中于不同温度下的溶解度,研究了卟吩金属化的反应动力学,为仿生催化剂的中试生产试验提供了坚实的实验数据,并于同一年组织六位同学在实验室进行放大实验,完成了公斤级的仿生催化剂合成。硕士论文期间(3/2009-11/2009),在湖南大学先进教育部催化工程中心沅江中试基地参与中试设备的安装与调试,期间协助安装了整个实验车间的电力系统、控制系统、物料传输系统。并作为主要实验人员全程参与仿生催化剂的中试生产:蒸汽的准备(锅炉的燃烧)与传输、物料的导入与输送、反应的升温与终止、产物的分离(结晶)与纯度分析、溶剂的回收(精馏塔分馏),为仿生催化剂工业生产技术的形成做出了贡献。2010年4月赴日本产业技术综合研究所(AIST)作为Technique Staff学习工作三年,从事炔烃金属氢化反应及其在有机合成中的应用研究(学术成就中第一部分工作)。另外,还进行了应用开发研究,独自承担了高阻燃性能有机磷玻璃单体的合成以及核废液中钯、铂等贵金属的高效萃取剂的开发。2013年3月回国,撰写博士论文并于2013年12月通过博士论文答辩,取得博士学位。在湖南大学与海南大学工作期间,继续从事有机化学的基础研究,通过机理研究指导化学反应的设计,围绕有机磷化合物的绿色合成与应用展开研究工作。目前承担国家自然科学基金(青年基金)1项,湖南省自然科学基金(青年基金)1项。自2011年以来,以第一作者和通讯作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (4篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (1篇), Chem. Commun. (6篇), Org. Lett. (3篇), Adv. Synth. Catal. (1篇), Chem. Eur. J. (1篇), Catal. Sci. Tech. (3篇),J. Org. Chem.(3篇), Organometallics (1篇), Dalton Trans. (3篇)等高水平国际期刊发表论文42篇,其中JCR 1区论文32篇,被引670次,H-index为16.
